| In-licensing
Tiger intends to in-license a series of products
(primarily medical devices) where we can add value by
developing the products in China at a comparably lower
cost than can be done in the West. We currently seek
flexible mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term
strategic collaborations to expand our product pipeline
and integrate our strengths with those of others. To
this end, we are looking globally for innovative product
candidates.
Tiger also has a strategic partnership with Excel PharmaStudies
(www.excel-china.com),
the largest CRO in China, to provide development expertise
at preferred pricing.
Tiger is primarily interested in in-licensing or partnering
with candidates that have the following characteristics:
(1) create improvements on well-established medical
products or technologies; (2) $50 million-plus per annum
potential; (3) have intellectual property rights;and
(4) clear indication of likelihood of product success.
Out-licensing
Tiger is setting up a rich R&D
pipeline for out-licensing to speed up the flow rate
and maximize the value of our pipeline.
